C Series Carbide Insert Boring Bar
Designed for precision internal turning, the C Series Carbide Insert Boring Bar is ideal for boring cue components and other small-diameter parts. The bar features a 6mm (0.236") shank with an 8mm (0.312") cutting tip and measures 5" in overall length—perfect for boring holes as small as 0.312" in diameter.
Outfitted with a specialty C Series carbide insert featuring an upward rake, this tool shears cleanly through wood, plastic, and aluminum. It leaves a smooth, polished finish with ribbon-like shavings, especially when used on maple shafts and butts.
This boring bar uses the same C Series carbide inserts as our C Series Right Hand Cutting Tool, making it the perfect companion tool. By standardizing on one insert type, you’ll reduce inventory complexity and always have a replacement insert on hand when needed.
