Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Handling times are typically 1–2 business days for in-stock items.

Complete Lathe Packages
All complete Mid-America Cue Lathe packages are built, assembled, adjusted, and tested at the time of purchase. Because of this, please allow 10–12 business days for production before your lathe ships. We take extra care to package components separately for added protection during transit.

Standard Orders
For in-stock items and accessories, estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout based on product availability and the shipping method you select.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and destination. Item weights are listed on product detail pages, and for accuracy, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound, in accordance with carrier policies.


Return Policy

Machinery (Lathes & Equipment)
Most new, unopened machinery may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Consumables & Accessories
For safety and quality reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened or used, including:

  • Adhesives, epoxies, and chemicals

  • Shaft cleaners, waxes, and polishes

  • Custom-built or special-order parts

Unused accessories (such as tools, chucks, and measuring equipment) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unopened condition.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within up to four weeks, though many are completed sooner. This timeline includes:

  • 5–10 business days for your return to reach us,

  • 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process, and

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, log into your account, view the order under “Complete Orders” in the My Account menu, and click “Return Item(s)”. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
