V Series Carbide Insert Right Hand Cutting Tool
The Carbide Insert Right Hand Cutting Tool is a 3/8" square lathe bit built for efficient and precise turning on cue butts, shafts, and other materials. Featuring a specialty carbide insert with an upward rake, this tool slices cleanly through wood, plastic, and aluminum — leaving smooth, ribbon-like shavings, especially when working with maple.
Designed to cut from right to left with the cutting edge facing the headstock, this tool delivers smooth, controlled cuts with minimal effort. Each insert has two cutting points and can be rotated when one becomes dull, extending tool life and reducing downtime.
This tool includes two carbide inserts and is intended for use with a quick-change toolpost. It will not fit the standard double-sided toolpost without modification.
