Replacement 3/4 HP DC Motor and Speed Controller Package – Pro Series System Upgrade
This 3/4 HP (750 Watt) DC motor and speed controller package is the standard drive system used on all Mid-America Pro Series Lathes. It is also available as an upgrade solution for Basic Series machines looking to convert to the Pro Series motor system.
You may purchase the motor and speed controller only, or select the complete upgrade kit which includes mounting and drive components required for installation.

Important – Basic Series Conversion Notice
For Basic Series headstocks, this kit does not include the required Basic Series indexing pulley.
When converting a Basic Series lathe to the 3/4 HP motor system, you must also purchase the Basic Series .708 bore indexing pulley to replace your stock Basic pulley. This ensures proper belt alignment and indexing compatibility with the Pro Series motor configuration.
