With little experience doing tip work, brought the pro series, mainly because of the videos that Chris does. The lathe work exactly like the video shows. I love it been doing tips and furls like a pro. Getting ready to start doing joints. So impressed
I couldn't be more impressed. Chris packs so much value in its unreal. On top of that, everything was packed awesome. The only disappointment is the plywood braces screwed to the base for shipped broke so the holes those screws were in were blown out. But that's 100% on the shipping company. The lathe itself is awesome and all the fixtures are well thought out. After all the research and debating which machine to go with, I couldn't be happier that I landed on this.

Pro pool lathe
Repaired my first cue on my new Pro series lathe tonight and couldn’t be happier. Very accurate and stable with no vibration when taking a cut. Very quiet. Chuck has .004 TIR which I can live with.. Had to shim the tail stock up .014 to get it on center with the chuck. Overall I’m very impressed.
